Due to a Riot outage (the spectator system) in some regions (KR), live games data are currently unavailable on the website for those regions. The app is unaffected though. Sorry for the inconvenience

Porofessor App Support

While in-game, I have an error message with a sad poro picture.

This can happen for multiple reasons:

  • Riot servers are having an issue. If so please contact me if the issue does not fix by itself by 24h.
  • The Porofessor servers are down. In that case, please wait for a few hours and try again
  • You are playing on a Garena server. Garena servers are not supported and probably never will :( Sorry.
  • You are playing in an unsupported game mode. (Practice mode / Coop vs AI)
  • You are playing on PBE. PBE server is not supported and probably never will :( Sorry.
